Eryn Eubanks & The Family Fold of Augusta, GA perform bluegrass, gospel, classic country, celtic, folk, old-time, and assorted genres of music.

     Eryn sings, composes songs, and plays numerous instruments that include: mandolin, resonator (slide) mandolin, acoustic guitar, resonator guitar, resonator tenor guitar, open-back banjo, 12-string guitar, electric guitar, mountain dulcimer, dobro, lap steel guitar, upright bass, electric bass, bouzouki, fiddle, autoharp, soprano ukulele, and baritone ukulele.

     Members of The Family Fold are Eryn’s father, Patrick Eubanks, playing various percussion instruments and wooden boxes; Eryn’s mother, Ricie Eubanks, singing harmony vocals and playing upright bass, penny whistle, and flute; and Mike Merritt on guitar and vocals.  The late Jim Jewell (1927-2017), fondly called "The Precious Jewell," was a part of The Family Fold from the band's very beginning, providing his signature guitar pickin' and old-timey singing.

     Eryn was voted “Augusta’s Favorite Female Musician” in 2004, 2005, and 2007; and “Augusta’s Favorite Misc. Instrumentalist” in 2007 by the Lokal Loudness music organization.  Readers of the Augusta Magazine awarded Eryn as “Best Female Vocalist” and “Best Performing Artist” in 2004.  Eryn Eubanks & The Family Fold were voted “Best Local Christian/Gospel Band” in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014; and “Best Bluegrass Band” in 2010 and 2019 in Augusta Magazine’s “Best Of Augusta Contest.”  They were also named “Metro’s Best Country Act” in 2007; and "Metro's Best Gospel Act" in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 by the readers of the Metro Spirit. In 2019, Eryn was presented the “Best Individual Artist” award by The Greater Augusta Arts Council.

     At the age of 16, Eryn received her minister’s license. The Family Fold have led church services ever since.

     In 2008, the first Eryn Eubanks & The Family Fold Music Festival was held with over 1000 people attending from the Southeast region.  All proceeds benefited Lynndale, Inc., an organization founded in 1952 that helps those with developmental disabilities.

     Eryn Eubanks & The Family Fold produced and broadcasted a weekly musical television show for 4-years in the Augusta, GA area. Videos are still being produced and broadcast on their YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/eubanksfamilyfold.

     Eryn has been teaching music lessons for 22-years.  She can teach any of the instruments she plays, for all ages and all skill levels. Her students study with her in-person as well as “virtually” via FaceTime, Zoom, etc.

     Eryn Eubanks & The Family Fold have been performing around the Augusta, GA area for 21-years, as well as taking the stage at music festivals in Atlanta, GA and Casper, WY.  They love to host weekly concerts, church services, and jam sessions; which has been their tradition since 2002.
